I have enjoyed many forms of fitness training over the years, but none compare with the many benefits of Pilates. Pilates is not just exercise; it can enhance your physical strength, flexibility and coordination, as well as reduce stress, improve mental focus and provide a sense of well-being.

The beauty of Pilates is that anyone, at any age can get started. Muscles are encouraged to lengthen and the joints to become more mobile as the whole body learns to move well.

I offer classes specifically designed for you. I will ask you to complete some exercises that will show me how you move, so I can work out a program that will suit your particular needs.
We can discuss the goals you have, such as improving flexibility or athletic performance, as well as areas you would like help with. Stiff shoulders, neck pain and lower back pain are products of our increasingly busy lifestyles, and Pilates is a great way to restore the body to improved function.

My private pilates studio is located in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, conveniently accessed from Marlow, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Flackwell Heath. It offers a welcoming, friendly environment where you can feel relaxed and comfortable.

I have had two Covid 19 vaccinations. I would like you to feel comfortable in the studio and am happy to wear PPE. We can discuss this when you book your session.
